Letters of Recommendation From Our Clients International Association of Business Communicators (IABC)

To Whom It May Concern:

Dan Mihalovich represented the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) on two occasions. His major work on our behalf was to help IABC find a new office after we had worked for twenty years in one location, or potentially renew. Prior to that he helped us, without charge, to negotiate a financially sound way to end a lease for excess office space.

In working with Dan, I have found him to be extremely service-oriented. When we began looking for new office space, he worked with IABC to identify its space needs and office requirements. Using that information, he found a number of alternatives for us to consider. Once we had narrowed down our choices, he did a thorough analysis of all of the factors to consider so that we could make a choice that provided us with the kind of office space we needed while being mindful of our budget.

His service to IABC did not end with our choice of office space. He negotiated aggressively on our behalf to give us a detailed Letter of Agreement that gave IABC many benefits and gave me the documentation I needed to gain Board approval for moving to the new location. He also participated in lease discussions, making sure that the provisions of the Letter of Agreement were included in the lease.

Finally, he kept in touch during the construction phase, to be sure that IABC was satisfied with how our build-out was progressing.

I am very satisfied with Dan’s work on IABC’s behalf. He listened to be sure that the space we selected would meet our needs, he negotiated on our behalf and he provided service throughout the process. I recommend him to anyone who is considering renegotiating a lease or searching for new office space.
